Server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider Metanet AG (Switzerland) automatically stores technical data such as IP address, date and time, the page visited, browser and operating system. This data is used to operate the website securely and is not combined with other data.

Web analytics with Umami

To understand how our website is used, we use the analytics software Umami. It runs on the server stat.shrew.ch, which Vangarder GmbH, Gewerbestrasse 10, 6330 Cham, operates on our behalf (data processing on behalf). The server is hosted by Metanet AG in Switzerland. We record the pages visited, the referring page, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language, approximate country or region and the time of the visit. Your IP address is processed to determine the approximate country or region. The data is not passed on to third parties for their own purposes.

Session recording

In addition, we record individual visits: the page content displayed, mouse movements, clicks, scrolling and page changes. This shows us how the website is used and helps us improve it. The recordings are only accessible to us and our data processor.

We keep analytics and recording data for as long as needed for evaluation.

Browser storage and objection

Information may be stored in your browser's storage for analytics and session recording. You can prevent or delete this in your browser settings. If you do not want to be tracked, you can block the scripts from stat.shrew.ch with a script blocker or disable JavaScript. As soon as you open the contact page, a connection to Formaloo's servers is established and your IP address is transmitted. The details you enter in the form (such as name, e-mail address and message) are stored by Formaloo on our behalf and forwarded to us. According to Formaloo, data is stored on servers in the EU by default; according to Formaloo, transfers to recipients outside the EU/EEA are possible and are safeguarded by EU standard contractual clauses. Formaloo may use cookies or similar technologies. Formaloo's privacy policy also applies. No session recording takes place on the contact page.

Online booking via Bookeo

For trial session sign-ups we embed the Bookeo booking system (Bookeo Pty Ltd, Australia) on the trial training page.
